Mondays! We deliver straight to your doorstep. You do not need to be present at dropoff.
If Monday is a holiday, dropoff will be on Tuesday and will be clearly communicated.

Not during our pilot phase. As a small launch, we are currently unable to accommodate custom allergy or dietary requests. However, all meals are clearly labeled with ingredients and common allergens so families can make informed choices. As we grow, we hope to offer more flexibility and customization options in the future.

Our meals are proudly prepared by fully certified chefs out of the licensed commercial kitchen at The Aux in Evanston.

During our pilot phase, we are currently delivering only within Evanston (ZIP codes 60201 and 60202). We hope to expand soon to additional North Shore communities as we grow.

No. Your meals will be delivered in insulated bags with ice packs to help keep them cold until you are able to bring them inside. We recommend refrigerating your meals as soon as possible and no later than 10:00 p.m. on the day of delivery.

Meals are delivered in ready-to-heat containers inside insulated bags with ice packs to help maintain freshness during delivery.

Each meal includes simple reheating instructions on the label. Most meals are designed to be heated easily in the oven or microwave.

We recommend enjoying your meals within 3–4 days of delivery for the best flavor and freshness.

Yes. You are welcome to order for as many weeks ahead as you’d like. Orders for each week close the previous Thursday at 8:00 p.m.

No. During our pilot phase, there is no subscription or long-term commitment. You may order only the weeks you’d like to participate.

Yes. Our menus are designed to be family-friendly, approachable, and comforting while still feeling fresh and wholesome.

Our meals are designed to generously serve a family of four. Some families with younger children may even have leftovers.

Some meals freeze well, though we generally recommend enjoying them fresh during the week of delivery for the best quality.
